How H&R Executive Services uses the details you share when you enquire about a journey.

DraftH&R Executive Services still needs to confirm two points: how long enquiry details are kept, and who handles data-protection requests. They are marked “to be confirmed” below.

Who we are

H&R Executive Services is a private transport business in Barbados. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +1 (246) 231-2679.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, you can give us:

the service you need, pick-up and destination, dates and times, and whether it is one-way or return;
the number of passengers, suitcases and child seats, your vehicle preference and whether you want the luggage vehicle;
your flight details (airline, flight number, where it flies from or to, and its scheduled time), if you add them;
your name, and your email address if you add it;
anything you write in the notes.

If you message or call us, we also receive your phone number and what you send us.

How the enquiry form works

This website does not store your enquiry. When you press Open enquiry in WhatsApp, a copy of your enquiry is emailed to us through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and WhatsApp opens with your details typed into a message to us. The WhatsApp message is sent only when you press send. If you give your email address, FormSubmit also sends you a short note confirming we received your enquiry. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How we use your details

To reply to your enquiry and give you a price.
To arrange and carry out your journey, including planning around your flight.
To contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your details.

Who we share them with

We use FormSubmit to email website enquiries to our inbox, and Microsoft 365 for our email.

Some journeys are carried out by a partner transport operator. If yours is, we share only the details that operator needs to carry out your journey, and we tell you the vehicle and operator before your booking is confirmed.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry and booking details for 4 weeks, then delete them, except for any records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, by contacting us on +1 (246) 231-2679. Barbados’s Data Protection Act, 2019 gives you rights over your personal data. The person who handles these requests is to be confirmed by H&R Executive Services.

This website

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address when a page loads. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitors’ IP addresses for security.
